faithHighway is excited to announce the release of a new social networking application for churches and ministries. The Prayer and Share Wall tool allows for online interaction for church leadership, membership and surrounding communities.
The Prayer Wall aspect allows for users to post prayer requests to an online forum. The requests can be anonymous or attached to a registered user name. Other users can leave comments and receive updates on the request. This feature allows for churches to build online community and interaction by connecting members to other members and to leadership.
The Share Wall feature lets registered users post, comment, and access information regarding needs, gifts, jobs, and housing. This online community will better equip church membership to help those in need and seek help when they need it.
Both portions of this new application can be moderated by the administrator. They can be incorporated into a faithHighway site, a separate website or stand alone. Through user tracking the administrator can send targeted email blasts to registered users allowing easy communication of church wide events, updates, needs, etc.
