How it works
Each year that you invest in your website with faithHighway, you’ll receive a 25% reward of your original site cost to put toward the purchase of a new website with faithHighway.
Here's how your monthly investment earns you a 25% credit toward your new site each year:
So, if your church bought a $2000 website and it’s been 3 years since your site was designed, you receive 75% of that $2000 toward a new site!
That’s a $1500 credit that you can put toward all the latest and greatest features of a new website. It will help you keep your website fresh and create a place where your visitors will want to return.

How is my Credit Earned calculated?
|
|
|
|
The day we received your deposit for your initial website is the day you start earning your reward. If you’re not sure what date that is, don’t worry, we have it on file. The credit is calculated based on the initial cost of your website. If your original website cost $4,000, then after your first year, you’ll receive a 25% credit of that $4000.00 to put toward a new site. So, after the first year, you’ll have a $1000 credit, after the second year, you’ll have a $2000 credit and so on. So, after 4 years, you’ll be rewarded with a 100% credit based on the original cost of your website.

Is this program retroactive?
|
|
|

Yes! The date we received the deposit on your initial website is the day we use for rewarding you.
Once you take advantage of your reward, the time will reset to that day and you start earning rewards again based on the day you used the reward toward a new site.

This program is effective immediately and will be retroactive for all current faithHighway customers. However, to ensure an excellent production experience, this is only available to 20 customers per month on a first-come, first-serve basis.

How does a client get started?
|

You’ll need to contact your Customer Relation Manager and let them know you want to get started in the Customer Reward Program. Not sure who your CRM is? Contact us and we can connect you.

What services can I apply my earned credit towards?
|
|
|
|
Although we offer an array of design, marketing, and technology services, the Credit Earned is only applied to a new website, which includes the following: Site and Design Architecture, Programming, Page Construction, Website Graphics (static and flash elements), Features & Tools, and Modular Plug-ins.
This does not apply to third-party software applications or extensive software development.

Can I apply my credit towards multiple websites?
|
|
|
|
No. Credit Earned based upon the original cost of one website and can only be applied to one new site. However, if you have multiple sites with faithHighway, then, of course, each of those sites will be receiving their own reward toward a new site.

I do not want a new website. Can I apply my credit towards upgrades and tweaks?
|
|
|
|
No. Credit Earned based upon the original cost of your initial website and can only be applied toward a new website.
|

What if I originally had multiple websites, how is my Credit Earned calculated?
|
|
|
|
Credit Earned based upon the original cost of your website to be applied towards one new site.
For example, if you had a total project of $15,000 that consisted of 5 different websites, we will review the original scope of work with you to determine the individual value for each site, and from there, based upon tenure, apply the percentage of credit earned to that amount.

What happens to my existing content?
|
|
|

Your Live CRM will equip you with tips and resources to help you quickly copy your basic text and image content to your new website.
Media (powered by SermonConnect)
You will keep all of your current media in your current SermonConnect account and as part of the new site process, we will plug-in a new interface (SermonFlow or SermonFlow Social) using the same SermonConnect account.

What if I do not use my entire credit?
|
|
|
|
Once a credit is redeemed, it is considered redeemed in full and cannot be applied toward future services or non website services.
|

What if I have a balance?
|
|
|
|
If you owe more than the reward amount, we will work with you to develop a reasonable, interest free payment plan.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
If I get a 100% Credit Earned, how then do I have a balance?
|
|
|
|
The Credit Earned amount is based on the cost of your original website, so the dollar amount of the reward cannot exceed the original amount you paid. If there is a balance on your new site, we will develop a reasonable, interest free payment plan.

|
I have a 100% Credit Earned and a balance on my new site, but I cannot pay, then what?
|
|
|
|
Since we are committed to working with churches and value the relationship, we will work with you! If you are able to pay the balance, then are our standard Terms and Conditions apply, namely that you can cancel at anytime as long as you provide a 90 written notification.
If you have a 100% Credit Earned, a balance, and you cannot pay, we will waive the balance in exchange for signing a 3 year service agreement instead of our standard policy. This basically means that in exchange for not having to pay for the setup of a new website, you will continue to pay your Monthly website maintenance and investment fees for 3 years. If you do not fulfill the 3 year service agreement, whether by Cancellation or Inactivation due to non payment, then you will be responsible to pay for the full scope of work (Credit Earned + Balance Accrued) within 30 days of cancellation.

What if I decide to cancel during the production of my new website, do I get a refund for the money I paid on the balance?
|
|
|
|
Yes, and as our standard policy, we refund all monies for services not performed.
|
|
|
|

Do I have to pay the monthly recurring fees for my website, sermonconnect, etc.?
|
|
|
|
Yes. Since your old site will still be live on the internet and 100% functional, you will still need to pay your recurring fees until the agreed upon determined time in which your new fees go into effect based upon the new scope of work.
